Post Example 1 

#TiakiTaonga is the Wai 262 movement bringing understanding and te iwi Māori engagement to the kaupapa of taonga and māturanga protection. For me and my [whānau / hapū / iwi] our taonga is [TAONGA NAME]. 

[Insert kōrero as to why the taonga is important to you and why you need to protect it.] 

[We/I] know that because [TAONGA NAME] is important to my kāinga, whānau, hāpu and iwi, we need to make constitutional change to protect this taonga tuku iho. This is why [I/we] know Tiaki Taonga is for [me/us].

Post Example 2 

He oranga taonga te whai 

No matter what the taonga may be, our collective obligation is to maintain the mauri of our taonga mō ake tonu atu. 

#TiakiTaonga will enable the constitutional change needed to protect taonga and mātauranga Māori. With [my/our] support, this tikanga-led protection framework will tautoko all of us in our mahi to protect taonga, the Māori way. 

The time is now to be the change for uri whakatupu – so when asking [myself/our team] – how do [I/we] become part of history creating change for my mokopuna? 

Tiaki Taonga is the answer.

Poste Example 3 

Tiaki Taonga is about constitutional change to fully recognise kaitiakitanga of taonga and mātauranga by Māori, for Māori. 

Through the tangi of the pūkāea, Tiaki Taonga calls whānau, hāpu and iwi to the intergenerational protection of taonga Māori. When [I/we] saw this, we knew it was part of our mission not only advocate for this kaupapa but to strengthen te here kaitiaki taonga across Aotearoa. 

Here at [insert company / kaupapa / movement name] we work hard as [uri OR tangata tiriti] to support te iwi Māori and the preservation of this beautiful whenua we call home. To do our part we join Tiaki Taonga so we can best practice kaitiakitanga in a way we know is tika and pono.
